# Arival 360 Recap

The entire Fotaflo team had a blast over the past couple of weeks at the Arival 360 virtual conference. There were 5 jam-packed days with over 120 speakers and more than 200 sessions for creators and sellers of tours, activities, attractions, and experiences around the world, including a dedicated day just for private video meetings between attendees.

Arival's impressive online platform enabled more than 1400 attendees to quickly move from session to session, connect with each other, host impromptu and scheduled video meetings, and more without breaking a sweat.

Highlights of Fotaflo's participation included connecting with more than 280 fellow attendees and completing more than 50 meetings with operators of tours, attractions, and activities to share our message about the value of guest photos for word-of-mouth marketing.

One of the nightly "happy hour" events was a virtual Halloween party where we showed off some of Fotaflo's capabilities using an impromptu online photo booth we put together the day before. Event attendees dressed up and used our virtual photo booth to take goofy photos that were then shared in a live slideshow in our online party room.

Our CEO Ryan O'Grady hosted two *Buzz Sessions* about **Earned Media and Word of Mouth Techniques to Earn Domestic Bookings** with more than 70 people in attendance.

Most of the sessions were very interactive and it was amazing to learn from so many experienced veterans and to see their willingness to help those who are just starting out.

It was genuinely meaningful to meet so many people who are all working in the tours, attractions, and activities industries. Nearly everyone has had a tough year, but nevertheless they were optimistic, dedicated, and willing to share their best advice in order to benefit the entire community.

We can't wait for the next Arival event, and hopefully it can be in-person!
