A powerful new notification system designed to keep you informed about the things that matter most to your business, in real time. Whether a guest just purchased photos, left you a 5-star rating, or became your newest brand advocate, you'll know about it immediately.
Gone are the days of logging in to check if anything happened. Now, the important moments come to you via the Fotaflo app, your email inbox, your desktop, or even push notifications on your mobile device (coming soon).

Not everyone works the same way, and notifications adapt to you:
- Web Notifications: A notification bell icon, and pop-up messages in the Fotaflo web application show unread notifications and new activity, so you never miss what's new.
- Email: Get beautifully formatted emails with all the details, including actionable "Pro Tips" to help you respond effectively.
- Desktop: Notifications pop up on your desktop, just like your other important apps.
- Mobile: Coming soon to iOS and Android—stay connected on the go.
Smart Notification Categories
We've organized notifications into three intuitive categories:

Digest Mode - Reduce the Noise
Prefer fewer interruptions? Set any notification type to:
- Immediate: Get notified right away
- Hourly Digest: One summary email per hour
- Daily Digest: A once-a-day recap
- Weekly or Monthly Digest: For less frequent activity types
The web notifications page always shows all notifications, digests just control how often you're interrupted via email, desktop, and mobile.
Quiet Hours—Respect Your Off-Time
Set your quiet hours (default: 10pm–7am) and we'll hold notifications until you're ready for them. Your mornings can start with a digest of what happened overnight, delivered exactly when you want it.
Per-Notification Customization
Every notification type can be individually configured:
- Enable or disable completely
- Choose which channels (Web, Email, Desktop, Mobile)
- Set your preferred frequency
