Guest Experience

How do my guests view their photos and videos?

Guests receive a link to your customized Fotaflo web portal where they can:

  • View their photos and videos on any device
  • Download full-resolution files
  • Share memories with friends and family via email, text, and social media

You can customise the portal with:

  • Your logo and branding
  • Calls to action (book now, leave a review, visit your website, follow on social, etc.)
  • Contact information (phone, email, website)

This turns every shared album into a trackable referral and discovery channel for your business.

Can guests print their photos?

Yes. Guests can download their branded photos from your portal and print them:

  • At home
  • Through any third-party print service or kiosk

Fotaflo doesn’t currently support ordering prints directly inside the software, but we’re planning future options to order prints and branded merchandise. Sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date on new features.

How long do guests have access to their photos?

Guests can access and download their photos for as long as you stay a Fotaflo customer. Fotaflo is designed for long-term memory access so you can re-engage past guests months or even years later with re-marketing campaigns that use their own photos.

In what languages can guests view their albums?

Fotaflo’s guest experience is mobile-first and supports multiple languages so international guests can easily view, download, and share their photos without friction.

Using Fotaflo in Your Operation

How do I get started?

Getting started is straightforward:

Who takes the photos?

What kind of cameras do I need? How many?

The easiest way to get started is to install the Fotaflo app on a smartphone:

  • Works with most Android and iOS devices
  • Most customers have staff use their personal devices, but you can purchase shared dedicated devices as well
  • Start with a single device and add more as your photo service grows
  • We recommend devices with a good warranty and rugged cases for outdoor or high-use environments

Most operators use fewer than 5 devices, but we also work with clients running 70+ cameras across busy locations and seasons.

You can also use any other digital camera and import both new and existing photos through your browser.

Do I need an internet connection?

Fotaflo is designed to work offline and in intermittent and poor network conditions. However you’ll need an internet connection to:

  • Upload photos and videos from your devices
  • Import existing files through the web interface

You can use:

  • Wired network connections
  • Wi‑Fi
  • Cellular data
