Guest Feedback

Turn a passive photo album into an active communication channel. Guests can now send instant feedback messages directly from the guest experience. This gives you a fast, candid pulse on guest satisfaction moments after they’ve relived their experience, offering a direct line to capture praise or quickly resolve any issues.

Personalization Power: Favorites, Hiding, and Cropping

Guests now have more control over their memories than ever before. This focus on personal control leads to higher perceived value and better social sharing outcomes.

• Guests can now easily “Favorite” their best shots. On the back-end you can filter for the most-favorited media.
  
• Privacy-focused media hiding: We know that sometimes not every photo in an album is a keeper. The new experience allows guests to easily hide unwanted photos and videos from their main gallery view. Crucially, the media is still accessible to the guest, maintaining a privacy-focused design that puts them in control without deleting content.
  

• Photo Cropping: Guests can now crop their photos directly within the gallery. This is essential for quickly preparing a memory for Instagram Stories or other platforms, ensuring they share the most flattering version of their experience with the right aspect ratio.
  

Multi-Language Support

Are your customers from around the globe? Our new multi-language support ensures that every guest has a seamless, native experience when accessing their memories. This eliminates friction for international visitors, enhancing satisfaction and making it easier for them to engage with your brand and share their albums.

All built-in content has been translated, and all of your content can be populated in any of our supported languages. If content isn't available for a language it will fall back to English.

We currently support: English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Portuguese, and Italian.
