We're releasing a major update to our Android app that will be available to all users in the coming days!
Here at Fotaflo we have recently enhanced the "Copy Link" to share feature in guest albums to provide an additional sharing menu for guests visiting their albums from mobile devices.
This menu allows guests to share their album through other apps installed on their devices (Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram Messenger etc.), which helps tour and activity providers to enhance their word-of-mouth marketing strategy, better reach new projects online and generate new bookings.
This simple addition from Fotaflo can help tour and activity brands improve the profitability of their business.
Note: Instagram still does not allow third-party posts to their app.
Fotaflo, the innovative photo and video memory marketing platform, recently released new versions of both the iOS (version 1.24) and Android (version 2.1.12) mobile apps. Along with other bug fixes and feature enhancements we've also included a change to accelerate photo and video uploads in regions outside North America.
One piece of feedback we've heard consistently is that you want to be able to operate all aspects of your photo solution directly from your mobile devices.
Here are a handful of recent fixes and improvements as well as some that are coming soon.
We're excited to let you know about a feature that many clients have asked for: searching labels in the iOS and Android apps.
Here are the latest updates to Fotaflo's iOS, Android, and web applications.
We've been working on a major update to our Android app. It includes several changes that we hope will make it even simpler and easier to provide the best photo marketing service possible.
We've released updated version of our Android and iOS apps to fix some issues and add new options.
Fotaflo helps you streamline your photo solution by automatically uploading and organizing photos from a smartphone.
The Fotaflo Android app has come along way the past 10 years when our clients first started using it on the dustproof and water resistant Motorola Defy's that had an impressive 5MP camera. Now coming into 2020, we have both an Android app and an iOS app and our clients can use devices that supports those operating systems.
The Fotaflo Android app works by finding photos taken on the device and moving the those files to folders managed by Fotaflo. To get the photos uploaded as quickly as possible a smaller version of the original photo is created. All of the smaller files will upload first and then the full size images will upload into the catalog and replace the smaller file. This way if you are displaying your photos to your guests after their experience they will have photos to look at and by the time they access their photo album online the full size photos will have uploaded.
To have your photos automatically upload and organize your photos in the catalog you need to have Monitoring turned ON.
Android Power Saving mode restricts the background data management on the device. Meaning Fotaflo cannot manage the photo files on your device.
You will see a notification warning you that Monitoring is blocked because Battery Mode is enabled.
Seeing is believing. Not sure if we're a good fit?
